Our staff is made up of qualified professionals who work together as a team to bring you the highest quality treatment in a warm, caring atmosphere.  Our primary concern is the retention of your natural teeth.  We also recognize that comfort, cost and cosmetic appearance are prime concerns.  To help you we will give you professional advice that is simple and straightforward, enabling you to make an informed decision.  We treat every member of the family from grandparent to young children giving each person the individual care they need and deserve.

 

Payments for initial examination and treatment is requested at the time services are rendered.  If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to file forms, but all insurance cards must be brought to our office at the time of your first appointment.  We accept assignment of benefits for most dental insurance and participate with Delta Dental plans.  It is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance and any other balance not paid by your insurance company.  We honor Mastercard, Visa, and CareCredit as well as cash and check.

 

For your convenience, we offer evening appointments. We ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change an appointment.  Please explore our website for more information about our office, doctors and much more.
